Julian and Maria Barrientos, both retired military combat veterans, bring their dedication and discipline from their service to your property management needs. Our journey began in Camp Spiker, Iraq, where we met and fell in love. Since then, we have shared over 20 years of marriage and a passion for real estate. We proudly served multiple combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as in Korea, and achieved the rank of first sergeant. With six children, three boys and three girls, our family is deeply rooted in the values of service and community. Julian, the broker of record, has over five years of real estate experience, while Maria, the CEO, expertly manages the daily operations of Fort Cavazos Home Rentals. As veterans, we understand the unique challenges faced by our fellow service members and their families. My name is Maria Barrientos, and I was born in El Salvador being raised in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, CA. It was in the year 2001 that my unwavering call to serve my nation led me to join the esteemed ranks of the United States Army. For two decades, I dedicated myself wholeheartedly to my military service, facing challenges head-on and overcoming them with resilience. June 2021 marked a significant milestone in my life as I gracefully retired from my illustrious military career. After concluding my retirement, I embarked on an exciting new venture as a real estate agent. I happily embarked on this remarkable journey alongside my husband, where we wholeheartedly strive to drive forward and lay the foundation for a lasting legacy that our beloved children can inherit.

With a distinguished 27-year career in the military, I joined the Army at 18 and served with dedication across multiple combat tours—two in Iraq, one in Afghanistan—along with assignments in Korea and Bosnia. My military experience has instilled in me a strong sense of commitment and discipline, qualities that I now bring to my work in real estate. For the past 20 years, I have been managing my own properties, honing my skills and ensuring top-notch management. As a broker, I am dedicated to applying the same level of integrity and excellence to your property needs as I did during my military service.
