It depends on your lease. Please contact our office for more information.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

Depending on the terms of your lease agreement, you will need to provide notice of your intent to move out. Typically, our lease requires a 60-day notice.
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

If the maintenance request pertains to normal wear and tear, the owner will address and manage the necessary repairs. However, if the issue arises due to the tenant's actions, the tenant will be held responsible for the associated costs.
